This exclusive experience gives you the opportunity to take the controls of the larger, stable and luxurious Robinson R44 helicopter. Your session begins with a detailed pre-flight briefing, where a qualified instructor will introduce you to helicopter dynamics and flight safety.
Once ready, step into the cockpit for 30 minutes of hands-on flying time. Under the guidance of your instructor, you'll experience the thrill of controlling the helicopter, gliding through the skies and gaining a first-hand feel for aviation. The R44’s four-seat capacity even allows you to invite a friend or family member to join as a passenger, making it a shared adventure to remember.
After landing, you’ll receive a debrief from your instructor and a certificate to commemorate your achievement. For those considering a Private Pilot’s Licence, this lesson also counts towards your logged flight hours, bringing you closer to your goal.

Students must be over the age of 14. 18 stone weight limit per person
Flight will depend on visibility and weather conditions

The captain reserves the right to refuse to fly anyone considered not to be in the appropriate condition to fly.
Pre-bookings are required and subject to availability.
Due to health and safety reasons you are required to be able to get in and out of the helicopter unaided.
The Weather
Lessons may be rescheduled due to poor weather, air traffic restrictions, safety concerns or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Session Length
Exclusive helicopter flying lesson with 30 minutes of one-on-one instructional flight time in the Robinson R44 helicopter with a qualified instructor. The whole experience lasts for over an hour including greeting, pre flight instruction and briefing
